I prioritize working with individuals who are BIPOC, queer, neurodivergent, and/or disabled.

I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatics.

As a person who’s passionate about dance, I also value supporting an exploration of movement and the ways that you relate to your body and emotions.
